The contact owns a 2020 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that upon attempting open the sunroof, the roof became stuck in place and rolled back halfway. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where a diagnostic test showed that the rails connected to the sunroof were defective. The contact was provided an estimate for the repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and a case was filed. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 45,000.
