But to get to why I think I was sold a Lemon car. I placed a claim to them about the tires and the car making noises took it back to dealer to be checked. They tell me it's a transmission sensor and they have to order the part but, my car sat on his lot for 3days and I went to pick up the car and the part they told me about was never put on the car. I got the car waiting on them to call me back to get the part on, they never called. I waited a month or two now he said the warranty has expired. Now I have a car which is a lemon law car, but there is nothing I can do cause they say I signed a arbitration agreement. which they did not explain it in detail to me.
