All of a sudden I start noticing my clock was off about 15 minutes. Thought I hit something while still learning the vehicle. During a period of time then noticed it was 1 hour and 15 minutes off. It would reset once I cut the car off and start it back up. Contacted dealer, took it in they did a reset back to factory. That didn't work. Called GM and complained they had them to do an update and reset. that didn't work. They replaced the whole clock/radio. 3 weeks later it's starting to loose time again, the same 1 hour and 15 minutes. The only difference so far is it reset itself by the time I got home without cutting the car off. Called GM and said now you're going to say that I'm losing signal because it's parked in my garage at work. Most of the newer radios in new cars are going to have that problem. Hey plenty of new cars in the garage and none of the ones I know are having that problem. Well Ms. your vehicle is not getting it's update from ONSTAR, that hits off of AT&T Towers. I don't have ONSTAR service to get an update from. Then I asked, if I'm not getting signal for over 9 hours while parked in the garage, why is the clock off only 1 hour and 15 minutes? Then he hit me with the Time Zone crap which would be a hour not a hour and 15 minutes. I live 30 minutes from my job; what time zone? I also called the dealership service department. Just bring it back on your off day and I will contact GM again. So what am I coming in for? I already contacted them and heard the new Bull S*** and you're going to tell me they haven't got back to you.
