The screen that shows My Link is constantly going black. After 15-45 seconds it comes back just normal. However, on a recent trip, it came back but had black lines vertically on the screen. After turning off the suv, the screen came back normal. This screen controls all the radio controls, air /heat, etc. I will be contacting my dealer.
