The airconditioner only blows cold air on the passenger side. I changed the driver side actuator and still nothing. When I physically put my hand on the louver in the duct and moved it still has no cold air. Even replaced the temperature control switches and nothing. Is there another louver deeper in the duct that may be stuck? I need advice on what to do here
