340am myself and all of the neighborhood is quite when a loud blaring horn awakens me from a sound sleep. I think what the heck and look out to discover that my Chevy impala's horn is going nuts, blaring non stop (and to the dismay of my now yanked off neighbors who have quickly called the police) had to pull the fuse to get it to stop. put fuse back in the next day and all was well for several days until it did it again, same thing around the same time of the morning (no it was not the cars alarm) and again had to stumble out to pull the fuse but this time it staying out. anyone hear of this problem
