seat belt hard to get locked in place

I love my car, it's a chevy , it's red and it has lots of room. The problem is the seat belts, the driver's side does not secure completely, never tight enough and it slips up to my neck , I'm forever pulling it down in place. the passenger side latch works but it takes several times to get it to do so. I have to keep pushing the red button several times before it catches.

The front passenger side seat belt doesn't fasten. Very unsafe. Can't use. Seat belts and fasteners should last life of vehicle, yes?

Seat belt broke for no reason,one thing on top of another!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hoping Chevrolet assists me with this seat belt problem. I am taking it seriously and I'm hoping they are too. Especially since they have a recall for 2009-2010 for the same exact problem.
