My AC works but time after time the blower will shut off just as the car is starting to cool. I live in Miami and need AC. So my mechanic turned on my AC and when the blower didn't blow he smacked the cover of the blower, located on the passenger side under the glove compartment. The blower came on and he advised me that the blower motor was bad. So I purchased a new blower motor for about $39.99 and replaced the old one. Everything worked fine for about two days and the blower started to shut off again for no reason. Just not as often as the old blower but I don't like having to slap the cover of the blower motor housing to get it to start up.
If anyone knows how to fix this problem please let me know.
