Clear Coat/Paint began to Fade on the cars Hood, Roof and Truck lid. Side panels are fine. Took pictures, filed a claim with the warrantee company that is supposed to cover Paint. Said company claims it appeared to have been scratch, and "they" warrantee company doesn't cover it. Nothing of the sort, this car is well maintained and taken very good care of. Seen there was a Class Action Law Suit against GM for this very issue, i.e. Bad Clear Coat and Fading Paint on newer vehicles. Upon further investigation and to my surprise, the Class Action was only for the larger SUVs and not Cars. I fell that this Class Action needs to cover "Cars" as well. I'm now on the hook for the cost of repaint on this vehicle.
