This airbag light coming on intermittently is very scary, in view of the fact that some folks have died due to airbag problems in other Chevrolet vehicles. Dealers are thieves when it comes to charges for any work and I cannot afford to pay $1000.00. I have extended warranty but they said they would have to take things apart before they would know if it was covered under warranty. I once had a bad battery cable, and the dealer in GA charged me $750 to replace it... Damn cable costs under $100.00.
So, if anything bad happens due to that light coming on, I will have my children sue General Motors.
