I am a 19 year old girl, who lives across the united states from my dad. It is already hard for me to live on my own but when i have to spend 500.00$ on a new intake gasket set, because of the stupidity of the person who built the Chevy Malibu in 1997. Chevy was too preoccupied with other things to notice that the acidity level of the dex coolant (which is recommended for the 97 Malibu Ls) is too high for the intake, and thus causes it to leak and ruin your engine! So Chevy should pull their heads out of their asses and recall the whole car so people like me who are trying to pay for school, rent, car insurance, groceries, gas, and clothing don't have to waste more money to put into a car they bought with trust only to be let down! i will never buy another Chevy as long as i live! FORD ALL THE WAY!!!!! At least they recall their mistakes! Plus they don't have as many!
