Had leased vehicle from state farm insurance. Noticed cracks appearing between tread in tires. Was informed any problems with tires to take to retailer for an exchange. 1999, Chevrolet, Malibu. Firestone affinity tires, no other specific tire information given.
PE00 020; both front tires were showing tread separation, and there were air still in the tires. Firestone, P2215/60R15, there wasn't an accident. They were affinity tires.

Consumerhas problem with brakes, especially at high speed. When applying brakes they pulsate and grab lightly. Dealership replaced brakes pads and rotors, and they resurfaced the rotors. Vehicle has 16000 mph, and tires the tread is warped in the center of the tires.
