Roughly three inches on both the top and bottom of the rear window will not defrost. The dealer told me this is normal, even though the defrosting lines in window go all the way up to top.
I cannot see clearly out the back window with ice and snow still on window. Ice forms on the bottom of rear window and then the truck cannot be opened.
