I have had a problem since the truck was purchased brand new. It was and is missing part of the heater assembly. My feet freeze every winter because of this piece missing and have put in numerous complaints to no avail. Now finally 5 years later the dealer finally looked and agreed that this heater part is missing. Now they say I have to pay for them looking at it, pay for the part and pay to get them to put it in. This part is a vital part, should have come with the truck and now I have to pay for everything, what a croc! I feel like because I am a female they don't take me serious, I drive the truck, I make sure everything is taken care of, my truck is vital to my work. Anyone with a 2010 should make sure all the parts are there!
