My daughter has a 2014 Chevy Spark. She has informed me that the ignition switch is in the off position but the motor was still running. Perplexed, neither of us could understand or fix the problem. Noticed on this site one woman reported the exact same problem. GM has had major recalls on this issue and is even being investigated by NHTSA. But no recalls by Chevrolet except for airbag, hood latch, radio and seat belts. HELP! She is away at school and I don't know what to do! She went under the hood to disconnect a fuse to make the car shut off. It will start up perfectly, but not turn off.
