The piece of trim that is on the rear corners of the Suburban above the tail lights between the rear side windows and rear access hatch window is not very well made. Had one depart my Suburban on the way home from work one night. Managed to get to GM's customer service department, what a waste of time and effort, but they did make me an ex-customer of their products, someone who half a year after purchasing this $50K SUV bought one of their $40K pickup trucks. Their attitude toward me has changed since 2009 when I bought a new truck after Chapter 11, great job Mary.
