This is the 5th different problem I've had with this damn truck. $45,000 and Chevy couldn't even manufacture an suv with a manual cargo door handle. This thing is entirely electrical. So now when I have to load or unload anything I either have to open just the rear window and try to load over the entire door ( which is impossible for my wife since she is very short) or if I pull hard enough and catch the latch opening at the right time I can force it to open. Totally stupid design. You don't thing about these things when you're buying it! I took it to the dealer and they said that it had a bad module. This is the component that opens the latch to release the door to make it open automatically. Cost me a whopping $500 to replace a piece of metal that probably costs about $50 to make. Way to go Chevy! As I have said in my other posts, this was the first Chevy I have ever bought and it will be my last.
