We heard a what sounded like a spring come loose and then then the car pulled to the right and off the road. We were driving in the city at only 25mph thankfully no one was parked on the side of the road. We had to have it jacked up and towed away. The front bumper was nearly dragging the ground and it was making an awful grinding sound.
