I purchased my Chevrolet Tahoe in March of 2014. I noticed two cracks in the plastic dashboard shortly thereafter near the airbag location. I am very surprised there has not been a recall as these cracks are only going to grow and impact the entire dash membrane that houses the major control systems of the vehicle.
