All of a sudden the back doors would not open. Dealer said it had to be reset. Then when we finally opened the door, it would not latch. Consumer had to push it closed.
While driving, the consumer noticed the interior lights were on which indicated that the doors were ajar. The consumer pulled over to inspect the vehicle and noticed the rear driver door was ajar due to latch failure. The consumer was unable to close the door. (the latch failed and the door would not close)
