CarComplaints.com Notes: Carrying the not-so-proud traditions of its 2002 predecessor, the 2003 has a handful of instrument panel malfunctions that can leave you guessing your speed, engine temperature or how much gas is left in the tank.

On December 20th 2010 I drove about one mile to the post office. I turned my trailblazer off and went into the post office. When I returned to my vehicle, it would not start. The headlights where bright as if the battery had no problem, yet it would not start. Finally was able to start it after connecting battery cables to another vehicle. Though it took 6 or 7 tries before it finally turned over (started up). Once I got it home, it would not start again. It's sitting in the garage at this present time. This is about the 5th time I have experience this since I bought it new in 2003. No one has been able to detect what the problem is.
