Upon return to my Chevy Trailblazer I found that my tire was approx. A quarter flat. Drove to their installer tire works, where they found a 5/8-3/4 inch hole in the passenger rear tire. The installer said he found a piece of heavy gauge wire about 6" inside the tire and stated "this is what did it." Tires had 10133 miles on them with great tread wear apparent when the failure occurred.
