Noticed a significant delay when switching from high beam to low beam on headlights. Drivers side headlight takes an additional second or two to switch over and there is a clearly audible and physical sound and feel when this happens.
Took it to the local POS, I mean Chrysler dealer to have it looked at. AT MY EXPENSE!
Was told the TIPM module was going bad and was NOT a warranty item. Plus it's a "dealer only" item so Chrysler basically can bend the customer over and brutally f*ck them with a broomstick. The car burns through the relatively expensive headlight bulbs fairly quickly. Changing said bulb requires serious effort and time. Chrysler is well aware that the design of the TIPM is defective as there are NUMEROUS reports of issues directly related to this part yet no action by Chrysler has been taken to resolve it.
Apparently it's another case of corporate America buttfucking the consumer any way they can.
