driver side head rest deployed

When I was driving home my airbag in the head rest went off giving me whip lash. I pulled over took pictures and went straight to the dealer. The dealer said they did the recall and it wasn't their problem. I called Chrysler and they sent a person down who spent a half day with my car doing all sorts of inspections and then sent me a letter stating it wasn't their problem either. My attorney sent a request for a copy of the report and Chrysler said it was "confidential" and they would not release it. I still have not gotten it fixed and my air bag light is on and has never shut off. It will cost about $500 to fix this problem but I'm waiting to see where my law suit goes. Will never buy a Chrysler again!
