2012 Chrysler 200. Consumer writes in regards to a defective passenger seat belt. The consumer stated she un-buckled the seat belt, the buckle itself came back and hit her on the right elbow, causing extreme pain. That pain followed up her arm causing numbness and tingling in her last two fingers on her right hand. After a follow-up with an orthopedic surgeon, it was determined the consumer had cubital tunnel syndrome caused by an ulnar nerve entrapment from the seat belt buckle hitting her right elbow. The consumer stated surgery was needed to relieve the pressure on the ulnar nerve.
