When the consumer applied the brakes, the pedal went to the floor. The consumer was unable to maintain control of the vehicle and rear ended another vehicle. Both air bags did not deploy. No injuries. The vehicle was towed and totaled by the insurance company. Please fill in additional information.
While driving at 40 mph the vehicle was involved in a frontal collision. Upon impact, the front air bags did not deploy. The driver's head hit the steering wheel. The driver received 20 stitches and had continuously been having bad headaches.

While driving at 40 mph vehicle impacted a brick wall. Upon impact, neither the driver's side nor the passenger's side air bags deployed. Driver sustained serious bodily injuries.
While driving at 35 mph, the vehicle was involved a frontal collision but none of the air bags deployed upon impact. The vehicle was totaled. The steering column had broke as well.

While driving 40mph in wet conditions, consumer hit a trailer which was being pulled by another vehicle and air bags did not deploy. Vehicle was totaled. *akthere was one injury.
While driving 10 mph, vehicle was struck by a van traveling 50 mph, front crash. Seatbelt did not restrain consumer, he was thrown forward. Vehicle was totalled, no injuries. In this accident, neither airbag deployed, see ODI number 8004341.
