In January 2010 I has injector #2 go out. It was replaced under warranty. On Memorial weekend the engine developed a rod knock. I took it to the same dealer and they said they has to pull the top off the engine to check it. they said that cylinder #2 was scored and they needed to drop the bottom off to check the other cylinders. Several were scored. They had the injectors "tested" by "the only place in the country authorixzed to do it". Came back with "contaminated fuel". they said to call my insurance company. I did - they did their own ivestigation by a certified forensic lab and found no contamination. Dodge still refused to cover it citing maintenance. I just got my truck back the week before Chirstmas - $15K lighter in the wallet. I want to pursue legal action - anyone else in this boat?

Dodge is refusing to fix our truck a 2007 dodge diesel ram 2500 saying there was sludge. I have been reading over and over how alot of other have had the same problem. the truck is still at the dealership, it has been there for 9 months for them to just now say they will not fix it. I want to know does anyone else have had or had this problem. Seeking a lawyer at this point.

I have a 2007 2500 dodge diesel with 57000 miles and the engine has blown up and warranty will not cover. They are blaming it on maintenance. I have all the records. Dodge will not cover it.
