I HAVE THE DEATH WOBBLE. DODGE HAD A RECALL TO FIX SOME PROBLEMS BUT NOT ALL OF IT. STILL BAD. I TOOK IT TO DODGE AND THEY'RE SAYING THAT IT'S THE SHOCK THAT SITS CROSS WISE THAT IS BAD. WENT TO A TRUCK PLACE AND THEY'RE ASKING FOR $2500.00 TO FIX. I THINK IF I HAD NO ACCIDENT, OR HIT THE SIDEWALK, OR A ROCK, THEN THERE WAS NOT ANY DAMAGE DONE BY ME. DODGE SHOULD FIX IT.
It appears this is a known problem and Dodge has a fix that they are not making public. I live in a cold weather state and an accident can be deadly. This needs to be fixed. Based on the number of problems and quality of product in these trucks, this may be the last Dodge I every buy. My wife has already sworn off buying another Dodge/Chrysler product for herself, and I am close. Too bad Ford won't put the Cummins in their own trucks.
Paved road 45 mph. Had a road test with a mechanic after changing front shocks, steering stabilizer shock, drag linkage. bumpy road. Still has death wobble.

I've been driving for 40 years and this nearly loss of total control was very unnerving. I'm hoping that dodge will treat me right having paid over $40k for it and less than 20 k miles.
