Passenger side rear brake was making a thumping sound when braking. The brake sounded like it was dragging also. This is still a new car. I had to take it back again for making a squealing sound. Why did Ford use disk brakes on the front, then cheapen the car by putting drum brakes on the back??

Simmons Rockwell refused to replace parts three times. Is now worth reporting to the better business burrow as well as attorney generals office. We were told by Simmons Rockwell Ford motor comp. Will not allow them to replace the parts until the vehicle had returned three times with the same problem. On the third trip down which was today July 29,2010 they informed us that they would not do the replacement unless we paid $370.00. We are tired of the run around. We will gladly refer our family and friends to other dealerships as well as to stay away from the fords.
