The contact owns a 2012 Ford Escape. The contact stated that the instrument panel gauges failed to illuminate while driving during the daytime. Hawk Ford in oak lawn, Illinois replaced the headlamp control switch, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that there was no recall on the vehicle. In addition, the manufacturer suggested that the contact find another Ford dealer. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 50,850.
