Brought the car home after picking it up from the dealer, got it specifically to haul 90 lb dog & first time he hopped in, he took one step toward the 2nd row & the crappy cardboard/resin 3rd row seat back snapped in half!!! I can't even find a replacement part or any videos on how to fix the *#&%?! thing. Ford knows it's a problem & HAS KNOW SINCE 2011 but kept putting it in their vehicles anyway.

I will attach pics & VIN # when I get a chance.

I WAS IN THE CAR CLEANING IT OUT AND KNEELED ON THE REAR MOST SEATS, WHICH WERE LAYING FLAT,I AM ONLY 140LBS SURELY THIS SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED. I BOUGHT THE CAR BECAUSE OF THE SIZE OF THE REAR SPACE FOR MY TWO DOGS, NO ONE MENTIONED IT WOULDN'T BE SUITABLE. THE MANUAL STATES "DO NOT USE THE THIRD ROW SEATBACK AS A LOAD FLOOR WHEN THE SEAT IS FOLDED". NOT MUCH USE FOR ANYTHING THEN.................
