I took my 2016 Ford Explorer into the dealership multiple times for them to check it because I knew something was wrong with it and the problem was never fixed. My car completely quit running as soon as the warranty was up. I had to put a total of 4 batteries in the car, which is unheard of for a car only a few years old. The car had a "miss", like a coil was going out. Fumes were horrendous, which now I know was antifreeze I was breathing in all that time! Back gate lift would come open for no reason. Heated seats quit working. Water pump busted. Car overheated about a year after I had it and the dealership told me that, "it's a 4-cylnder, it's going to do that" really???!!!! So now my car is sitting in a garage because no one wants to buy it, dealerships wouldn't let me trade it in and I can't afford to put a new motor in it. So, what am I supposed to do?? I sent FORD a registered letter with no response!
