engine turns over but will not start

went to start my truck to head home after work, truck cranked over but wouldn't start, finally started with a big puff of black smoke. once started it barely idled. Once the idle leveled out I put the truck in drive, stepped on the gas pedal and nothing, the engine wouldn't rev up, almost like it was still in park. Then the truck lurched forward, spinning the tires in the gravel, then stalled and wouldn't restart. Ford roadside came the next day and towed it to a Ford dealership. After Ford had it for 6 days, I stopped by to check on it and was told they changed a fuel module and it was road tested in the morning. I paid the deductible, was handed the key and went out to get it. Once I got in it, it wouldn't start, and after taking my hand off the key, it continued to turnover on its own. Went back inside the dealership and told them it won't run. They sent out a tech with a laptop, He attempted to start it with no luck, and said it wasn't showing any codes. Luckily my wife didn't leave yet. Now 15 days at the dealership, I called and was told they changed the plugs, changed the fuel module again, put gas in it, that it runs inside the building, but when it goes outside it won't run, they've sent diagnostic readings to Ford Technical but haven't heard back as of yesterday.
