Brand new off the lot, nice and quiet. Within a month it started to get loud, and had more than one noise. Dealer could not duplicate several times and finally on a test drive with a tech he could not say it was not there.

After changing many parts I took it home and it was just as noisy. I checked the oil and it was at the bottom of the dipstick, I took it in full. The dealer said it could not happen and now the noise is normal, and they still say the noise is normal, with the added bonus of popping when you decelerate along with a high speed rattle. The dealer has refused to repair it.

This was our fourth Ford and will be the last.

There is a rattle on deceleration issue. When you take your foot off the gas pedal, it makes a loud rattle / clicking sound, usually only does it until it warms up. There is a TSB from Ford on this, but does not seem to fix the problem. Based on all the complaints and forums I have read, Ford does not seem to have a fix.
