This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
I just have a question and this may not be where I need to be but if not could you direct me in the correct direction" I purchased a used pick up from rainier Nissan but not at their site in centrailia. They came to yakima for a 3 or 4 day sale. I purshased a 3/4 ton pick up. I didn't notice til later that there was no spare tire or spare tire rack. They were both gone along with the electrical plug in. One of the guys I dealt with sent another guy out to check that it had a spare and a jack and he didn't say anything to the contrary when he returned. What are my rights" I talked to a tire dealer and he said they are required by law to provide a spare tire and jack on a 3/4 ton or more. Any info or direction would be helpful. Thank you, theresa randall.
