2010 is also the year we started seeing complaints about the power steering failing. Throttle and steering failure? Yeah, that’s why this is a clunker.

Takata recall - Ford has failed to meet the deadline of June 30, 2018 for "sufficient supply and remedy launch" for priority group 9 (which includes 2010 Ford Fusion in Illinois, which is zone B according to the NHTSA's website) stated in paragraph 34 of the NHTSA's third amendment to the coordinated remedy order (cro). Specifically, I called my Ford dealer (wickstrom Ford (847) 381-8850) and understand that no replacement parts for the passenger side psan inflator is available to remedy the defect. I have decided to contact NHTSA because takata has filed bankruptcy and sends legal notices intended to limit my rights in the event of bodily harm, property damage, or economic harm and -- this past week -- Ford has sent me a legal notice in a class action intended to limit my rights in the event of economic harm. NHTSA should take steps to prevent Ford and takata from taking away consumers' legal rights until they provide adequate replacement parts for every affected consumer (I.e., no taking away rights unless consumers fail to take reasonable steps to avoid the harm by taking cars to dealers in a timely manner).
Takata recall. I am still waiting for my Ford dealer to remedy this issue. The last time I called them I was told that they still don't have the parts and would not have them until December or later. In the meantime, I am afraid to take passengers because of the potential danger.
Airbag safety recall 16S26 I contacted beach Ford in myrtle beach requesting rental car 7/11/18, I called for parts replacement appointment 11/12/18. No parts are available, no rental cars available.
Takata recall. I was first notified of the takata recall in February 2018. Ford told me that they would be replacing the airbag in the third quarter of 2018 which was September. We are now into the 4th quarter of 2018 and nothing has been done to replace the airbag. I would like to know why they are placing my life in jeopardy by taking so long to manufacture a replacement airbag.
Takata recall: As instructed by the website https://www.NHTSA.gov/recalls, if the manufacturer has failed or is unable to remedy this safety recall for your vehicle in a timely manner, please contact the NHTSA vehicle safety hotline at: 1-888-327-4236 or tty: 1-800-424-9153 or file an online complaint with NHTSA. Ford Motor Co informed us about this issue in January 2016. It has been about six months from today, November 11 2018, since we were told we would be contacted when the dealership gets the parts for this repair. Almost three years later and we still haven't heard from the dealer or Ford. What can be done?

Takata recall I have two complaints. 1) takata recall, Ford sent me the notice about 3 years ago and Ford recall and Ford mechanic shop said that Ford had not made any replaceable air bags these past three years. I just called this week. 11/2/18. Again no airbags had been made. The vehicle could be effected with driving or stationery. Another problem with this car is that if I park on my driveway and it rains when I open the driver door I see water all around the door jamb.
