after misfire on#2 they have installed reman head replaced cal

aftermisfire on#2 they haveinstalled reman head replaced cyl fixed 2014-25000 miles engine light on mis fire #5 2015-58000 miles engine light on mis fire #2they keep the truck 3 mos because they have messed up the timing chain after contacting gmc they repair heads values and crankshaft.now n0t everyday but you never know when it will turn over but it will not crank finally after 30 to 45 min of turning key it will finally turn over. ive contacted gmc and dealer where they worked on it dealer can not find problem.I have to go to Dallas frenqutly to Baylor hospital and this has happened to me there,it in a bad part of town and it been my worst nightmare for this to happen there ..it has finally started after 30 to 45 min but how long is this going to continue,i may be stuck there. the lady at gmc is very nice and the dealer guys are also but I need someone that knows what the hell they are doing and fix this problem.if anyone has any advise im open to all complents and solutions.the blinker lights light up dash and sometimes come on sometimes they don't.somewhere they have screwed up my wiring.
