2018 Canyon SLT with a remote start. The outside temperature was around 50 degrees. When I got in the truck about 60 seconds after the start, the HVAC fan was blowing hard and I could not turn it off. I discovered that I had to put the key in the ignition and turn the switch to the run position to stop the fan from blowing cold air. Seems it would be good engineering practice not to turn the fan on and blow cold air if the engine is not up to temperature.
