When jump car starts, rpms normal, when take off cables rpm jumps to 7000, 8000 then dies and no electrical left. I tried spraying tons of carb cleaner, noticed pool of liquid in carb, some said possibly normal, tried putting plastic bag on carb (Mechanic recommended) when high rpm, nothing helps.
