Power door locks have been making a loud noise when locked for the past year. Two weeks ago the rear hatch back lock opens and then closes on its own making it impossible to open the hatch. Even if the button is held up manually the hatch will not open. All other four doors work properly.
While driving, oil indicatior light started to falshing. Lost all oil in engine. Balance shaft seal burst. Timing belt and other belts replaced. Cost $700. Also, passenger's side door (front & back) power locks are inop.
Door handle inside of driver's side door fell apart, , door handle jammed. There was difficulty when consumer was in the inside. She had to roll down the window, and then unlock the door on the outside.
Right rear lock makes grinding noise while locking. When I took it in for service I was told that the door lock actuator would require replacement at a cost to me of $ $198. How common is this at relatively low mileage?

The power/remote door locks fail intermittently. The doors do not consistantly unlock with remote. Doors have locked unexpectedly. The lock/unlock button must be held while pulling the door handle in order to open. Dealer claims there is no problem.
