The VSA ABS Modulator has completely failed on my pride and joy, my Honda Accord i-cdti 2.2 car. This is a very common problem with this model.
The orange VSA warning light is on the dashboard. The dealer has told me that my VSA module is at fault and needs to be replaced. Honda have issued a statement regarding the replacement of this fault unreliable part. The part number is
