Error 6 pops up once in awhile CD player nothing works

I have a 2007 four-door Honda Accord SE V6. The automatic door locks are wonky. When I press the unlock button on the key, the driver's door opens, but when I press it again to open the other three doors, it makes a noise, but they remain locked.
The most frustrating glitch is that if I start the car then step out of it and close the driver's door, all the doors lock. That happened to me, and I had to stand by the side of the road for over half an hour while my wife drove the backup key to me.
Has anyone had any similar problems? The dealer said that this was the first they heard of such problems, and they aren't sure how to fix them.

The driver's door latch assembly can break internally, which causes the door to stay closed. The interior and exterior door handles do not work to open the door.
My door was jammed shut, had to crawl through the passenger side.
