gaps in panel alignment gaps in panel alignment

I have taken my vehicle 4 different times for the same problem. The first time " they fixed it " the dealer but who knows what they did and by the time I drove it home the panel was out again. Took it again and this time was told the bumper was coming off to see what's going on. It was fixed again and the next day it was the same.. Took it back again and this time was told the brackets will be replaced and when I picked it up it looked fine, until the next day again, it came out. Took it again to the dealer and this time was told they will put a new bumper.. Car is still at dealer so lets see the what the outcome will be..

gap bw headlight ,from bumper, hood, and fewer

So I first noticed this issue after 3 months I purchase the car and took it to the deal from who I purchased it. He did verify that there was no physical damage that cause this issue and he took the car for warranty work to fix the gap he did good work for the passenger side but driver side was not done well. the gap was still there and he said he cant do anything else. I created case with American Honda which took 2.5 month for there guy to setup a meeting time of which he just looked at the car... no side by side comparison .. no measuring the gap vs new models. no efforts but just I see this is normal.. so according to this gap bw Honda Accord bumper and Headlight is normal.. WTF so we buy new car which has defect and its normal. And he told me he cant do anything and then I had to put efforts to take my care to compare it with other models EX LX or anything and compared in dealer and pictures are posted. Worst decision to buy Honda. Never sending anyone there anymore and not giving my business to them anymore as well. now the case is close saying you can consult the owners guide about whatever you want to do. and thats is shameful that Honda has defective cars which according to Steven(Who is district inspection guys in San Marcos) saying that is normal.
