scratches on the body and passenger side seat wrinkled

I purchased this car from Wheaton and got delivery on October 1st and it was a bad rainy gloomy day so couldn't notice it . When I noticed this on October 2nd I left a message for the dealership and they took in my vehicle and promised to fix t . When I returned to pick up my vehicle "carlos " advised that the vehicle has been buffed and polished and the scratches will not show up

I also noticed my passenger side seat wrinkle up and this is a brand new vehicle and should not be happening . I washed my car today and the scratches have re-appeared and this has made me extremely unhappy and angry .
