I was driving straight in the left lane on I-95 and all of the car sensors all started flashing, one at a time. Shortly after, the steering wheel steered to the right and the car lost control until stopping in a ditch. I believe the car computer may have blanked out.

On July 7th, 2020 I was turning into a parking space at my employers. My foot was on the brake as I coasted into the parking spot. The auto suddenly lurched, accelerated, jumped the curb and hit a brick wall. My foot was on the brake the entire time. The wall is what stopped the auto. I reported this to Honda. They evaluated the auto and found no computer notifications of a malfunction and therefore no issues with the car. I no longer feel comfortable driving this auto.

Back in July 4, 2020, the digital part of my instrument panel, heads up display and my infotainment system crashed while I was driving. It took approximately 2 mins to come back on. Today, July 14,2020, the audio, phone and navigation on my instrument panel weren't showing up when I turned on my car. Also my voice assist doesn't work anymore as well as the navigation on my heads up display. I tried calling my dealership to set an appointment but the earliest time they can give me is on the 24th of July.

07/06/20 was involved in an accident due to the plastic gas pedal snapping off and becoming lodged behind the brake pedal preventing adequate stopping that resulted in me rear ending another vehicle. Max speed reached on the freeway before collision was 65 mph. Trying to brake was not smooth and I had to press down extremely hard in order for the braking system to respond and still ended up colliding with the other vehicle at a higher rate of speed than there should have been when paying attention to surrounding traffic, even with a car length distance infront of me at the start of breaking. It is typical of the braking system to engage when "detecting" close proximity to another object or vehicle but, on many occasions there was no one there; however, in the case of todays accident collision mitigation was not responsive. Tire rotation performed at Honda on 6/29/20 with reports that brake lines, fluids, and pads were up to par however this is most certainly not the case. There is currently a recall that has not made its way to consumers for the fuel pump in this car that took me so digging to find. Initiated 5,28,2020 but, will not go in effect until 7,22,2020. I could have lost my life today! such a scary situation to be in.

This car has a radar sensor in front behind bumper with nothing protecting the radar to prevent damage flying rocks animals ice snow etc...causing a consumer a 1300 repair bill at any given time I took my car in to a Honda dealer and the repair man the repair was not cover under bumper to bumper or any warranty stated it is common for owners of this vehicle and the radar can be obstructed at anytime without knowing why I have no damage or haven't had an accident this is unfair to consumers to pay this extreme amount for a ammenity that the protected or covered to prevent this cost

This is an Accord hybrid problem! in cold weather the vehicle roars so loudly you can't hold a conversation or drive safely - it sounds like a diesel truck is trying to pass you. Then it suddenly stops! a few minutes later it will do it again. This happens at speeds between 25 and 55 - surface make no difference, but much greater when temperature is below 40 degrees. I put 2500 miles on my first Accord (2018) before replacing it, now the new one (2019) is doing the same thing! I am not alone, the Accord groups are full of people complaining of this and nothing being done for two years+. dealer has told me for the past years+ that Honda is "investigating". mileage also seems to drop in 1/2 when this condition exists. Letting off the gas stops the sound immediately, but then it will start up again when under load. Only occurs in cold weather at speed, never when idling in cold weather. I have tried many times to record sound but nothing works. Btw: It is almost impossible to get the mileage claimed on this vehicle. I had a hybrid Lincoln and always got better than advertised mileage.

They mentioned that the were able to see the error logs but not sure why it happened. We are worried about the safety of the car at this moment. Will betaking teh car back to dealer on Monday. High pitched noise present so long as any power is drawn anywhere in the vehicle. The noise is a constant 15khz noise with sporadic noises occupying the 15-20khz range. Noticed in the days after buying the brand new car. Taken in to the dealership 4 times, Honda flown out engineers to inspect the vehicle. They said it's an issue but it is present in all model year hybrids, so they do not intend to fix. Most people lose the ability to hear sound in this range by age 40. Unfortunately of you can hear this noise it is very loud and so high pitched that I now require hearing protection in my left ear to drive the vehicle. Honda claims it is not an issue because most people can not hear it. I have read studies out of am australian university noting that even sounds outside our range of hearing can cause significant health issues (migraines, hearing loss, nausea etc.) they are refusing to respond to me in any capacity. I now have to set upon the task of trading in my car with less than 1000 miles on it just so I can drive with my ears unplugged. I am told to expect a loss of at least $10,000 on my trade. I have attached two photos of a sound analyser app I used to categorize the noise. First picture shows a constant bold line at 15khz right as I turned my car on. The second shows some ~20khz "chirps" I noticed while driving. Please look into this issue. I fear not only for myself and the massive financial hit I will no doubt suffer at the end of this, but for the health and safety of those driving these cars. I was driving down the highway when my sun/moon roof just shattered for no reason. There were no cars around me, and I did not go under any overpasses. The glass did not have any chips, cracks, or any damage from being on the road. It literally just exploded. I was lucky to have my sun roof cover closed, or I would have had the glass rain down on me while driving 65 mph on the highway.

I incorrectly described the safety problem with my Honda Accord in my complaint 11241841, so here's a correction. It is not the top of the calf muscle that is impeded, it is the knee which locks against the overly thick plastic (2"-3" high) surrounding the entire top of the center console, and so you must make multiple foot and leg stabbing movements in order to with difficulty actually engage the brake pedal to stop after being on the gas pedal. This would effect all males with height 5.9" or over and some taller women. The problem is the knee locks tight against the center consoles plastic at the top of the console, and your foot becomes trapped against the gas pedal. The time differential to relocate your leg and foot to engage the brake is an additional half second or longer. You have to hav legs long enough to have your knee become adjacent to the 2-3" high thick plastic along the top edge of the center console which runs the entire sides of the center consol at its top. It is extremely cramping and disruptive to leg movement by pinning the right side of the knee joint. Honda must remove the area of that thick striip of horizontal (front to back) plastic where the knee engages it, to allow one to rotate one's foot easily between gas and brake. If they do not multiple fatalities may occur.

The accelerator pedal is too close to the center console and this results in an inability to rotate your foot easily and engage the brake, one instead must slide ones leg and foot clear of that bell housing rearwards, then push forward and enage the brake sloppily, it slows down braking by about a second which is dangerous, and there is a likelihood your shoe soul will catch the brake edge and prevent braking. Ones leg and foot feel trapped against the center console housing. I believe this design differs from 2016 and before Accord, and is extremely dangerous. It slows your brake reflex down and requires multiple relocations of the heel which could block hitting the brake pedal and block any braking altogether and that could lead to multiple fatalities. At least for me, a 6' tall man in his 60S, the pedals are dangerous and placed wrong. It is a design defect.

A feature of the car is to scan road signs and display some on the dashboard, such as speed limit. I was driving on route 100 and the car displayed the speed limit as 100 mph. It did this twice, in approximately the same section of the highway, once northbound and once southbound. This occurred while I was in motion, but the display lingered long enough for me to snap a picture at a stop light. Note: The owner's manual admonishes drivers to keep the scanners clean. But I had just purchased the vehicle from a used car dealer on 7/23/19, and kept it in a garage overnight. It was pristine.
