The contact owns a 2020 Honda Accord. The contact stated the passenger-€™s side front windshield was distorted and replaced by dealer. The replacement windshield is worse than the original. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where it was diagnosed that the windshield needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was contacted but, no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 3,731. On January of 2021 I called again and was told that my case had been closed. I asked that the case be reopened. On February 9, 2022, dealer said that Honda refuses to replace the windshield and that I have no recourse.
