This morning on the way to restaurant for lunch with my whole family, all of a sudden, my CR-V 's right front window shattered into pieces for no reason. Luckily, my wife's fast reaction by covering her face after heard a big noise from that shatter; there were thousands of small broken glass pieces flew everywhere. We then stopped our car and did not know what was going on. We then skipped our lunch plan, and drove directly to the Honda Dealer on Convoy where we originally had bought the car. We did talked to couple of folks there whom told us they could not help us on this matter. I told them that we have bought total of 3 cars from this dealer since we moved here 8 years ago. They didn't seem to care... I will bring my car back to them again tomorrow morning to see I could talk to someone there whom may probably help us out because our car is only 1 year old. It is still under warranty though... Has anyone out there owning 2011 CR-V has any similar issues like us? Please share your experiences...

Update from Jun 20, 2012: I brought my car back the Honda dealer on very next Monday morning, and talked to couple of staffs there...They told me that it was the first time they ever heard about this incident...so there was nothing they could do to help me out...They then quoted me the amount of $525.00 for a replacement without contact the Honda Copr per my insist... I have came to dealer three times to meet my car saleman, but was unable to see him because he was off...What was a coincident... I think this crv will be the very last Honda that we ever bought...
