CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2014 Honda CR-V has a trend of engine hesitation when accelerating.

Honda has tried to fix this delayed acceleration with a software update, but many owners report it didn't fix the problem.

This defect trend is not quite bad enough yet for us to slap on the "Beware of the Clunker" seal. But it's a concern & definitely something to keep in mind for a test drive.

Purchased brand new from Auto Nation in Tucson, AZ.

Had the CR-V in several times for this vibration problem and Honda agrees about the vibration but does't have a fix. They Suggested I buy a new one crv LOl. So I bought a new car that can't be driven on the freeway.

Please Don't make the same mistake and buy a CRV. We are very disappointed in our purchase with Auto Nation Tucson auto mall.

CR-V LX 2.4L

I have noticed a vibration above 60 mph in the steering wheel, not a bad one but very noticeable almost everytime. The vibration issue is there even after I changed the tires and put on aftermarket rims on it. This issue of this vibration has been happening since I got the car last March 2014. I've taken it in a few times and the dealership always have seemed to always say it's the way the car is, not buying that answer. I'm taking it to another Honda dealership to get rain vents installed so I will see what they say about this issue. I'm not really happy with this and among other issues on a new car.

Update from Jan 22, 2015: One thing I forgot to mention for those who have the problem with my TPMS coming on like everyone on here, it was pretty much fixed when I did get a set of aftermarket rims on, I rarely get the light on now, maybe once a year verses about once every 200-600 miles when I had OEM rims. It cost me $400 to fix the problem but hey, at least I don't have that TPMS light come on regularly.
