I am frustrated that Honda does not own up the poor paint used to originally used to paint my CRV. I cannot sell or trade it is as they will substantially ding me on my trade in. I have reached out many times to Honda corporate and my local dealership and they said sorry. My car has been cared for and taken care of with quality products to maintain it. I do not go through car wash, the dealership has taken it through a car was after oil changes.

I'm disappointed in lack of customer service and care of long time loyal Honda customer. I have owned 4 Accords, 1 Passport, 2 Civics and 1 CRV.

This car was certified when I bought it but I am 65 and felt I was getting a fair deal! I did not notice the flawless coat flaws until I waxed the car!!! I turned in a 2015 Honda that the paint was much better on my car. One other point - they only have me one, for at closing I turned in 3 keys on my trade!!!!

I bought the extended warranty from Honda too, but be careful there are a lot of complaints on the Honda paint online. Too bad I have owned 4 Honda and never had anything like this before happen to me!!!!!
