my car started to feel like it rides rough and uneasy. I herd a loud pop inside from the engine when reversing out of my parking stall. It sounded like something inside the suspension or the engine: The engine also feels off and not running like it should. The tire warning also keeps coming on and i replaced all the tires already.
The contact owns a 2016 Honda CR-V. the contact stated that when he took the vehicle in for servicing and an alignment at 10,000 miles, northside Honda (9100 san pedro ave, san antonio, 78216, tx (210) 729-5619) informed him that the rear wheels were bent inward. Due to the failure, the mechanic was unable to get the rear wheels to align properly. The mechanic stated that the vehicle just barely met the manufacturer specs. The rear driver's side strut was damaged and the contact was informed that there was a charge to replace the part. The contact stated that the dealer admitted to a factory defect in the service visit since the initial alignment check in 2017. The manufacturer had not been contacted yet. The repair was pending at an unknown dealer. The failure mileage was 10,000.

The manufacturer was contacted but no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 5,000.
My wife and I bought a brand new 2016 Honda CRV SE on Feb 16, 2017 that was manufactured on 07/16. Three days later I found both front steering knuckles covered with rust. The service department in anchorage Alaska Continental Honda would not fix the issue and told my wife it was a coating. Sooner or later the bolts on these knuckles will corrode amd can brake.
